Standing Strong® is a holistic well-being program designed to help educate, motivate and inspire girls to really live to their true potential!
If your daughter is experiencing stress, has been feeling down, or could do with an empowering boost, then Standing Strong is just what you’re looking for.
Each session or workshop is based around three core components to provide a holistic approach to health and well-being. These include:
- Strong Body (Movement)
- Strong Mind (Mindset)
- Strong Heart (Mindfulness)
Through our programs girls learn how to:
- Improve their confidence and self-esteem
- Build inner-strength and self-belief
- Grow friendships
- Improve their health and body-image
- Manage stress
- Gain the tools essential for living happy, healthy and inspired lives.
Schools: Offering Standing Strong in schools is a proactive way to support physical and mental health in Primary and Senior grades. It could be part of the weekly Rec Sports options for ex or sporadic workshops. My career in the Fitness industry started in London, UK as a hard core participant, then I soon became a group fitness instructor in 1999.
Qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2007 in Sydney then moved to France, my homeland, with my family and worked in various fitness facilities until 2012. Settled on the Sunshine Coast, Qld since, I expanded my skills through Wellness Coaching in 2013 and created Bonjour Wellness.
I am a National Presenter for Les Mills Asia Pacific in 3 programs: Body Combat, Body Balance and Les Mills Barre. I also teach Body Pump, GRIT and Matwork Studio Pilates.

What is a Wellness Coach?
As a Wellness coach I will support you to take small steps in the areas of fitness, nutrition, weight management, health risk and stress management as well as educate, encourage and guide you towards healthy lasting behaviours. Coaching is a partnership, a collaboration, a relationship that will provide inspiration, structure and accountability to help you achieve your goals more effectively.
Why is Wellness coaching important?
We all need to create empowering life long strategies around diet, exercise, stress management, health maintenance and disease prevention. It is about becoming aware of and making choices for a more satisfying lifestyle. A wellness lifestyle includes a self-defined balance of health habits: adequate sleep, rest, and good nutrition; productivity and exercise; participation in meaningful activity; and connections with people and communities that are supportive. This is about improving your life and the life of people around you.
Who can benefit from Wellness coaching?
Anyone who feels that they have not reached their “best” yet. Anyone who struggles with weight or fitness issues, or with creating a better work/life balance, or with reducing overall stress. However, coaching is not therapy. If you feel the need for counselling or therapy, please speak to your doctor.

Our daughter attended two of Carole‘s online Tween, Standing Strong groups – over 2 terms. During COVID-19 lockdown, it was so well-timed and beneficial! She so looked forward to every week – and would definitely have continued with the physical attendance if it had been possible (We are in VIC and Carole is in QLD).
The program is fantastic for girls in that age group, supporting and empowering them for life as a Teen – and having so much fun in the process. Roseanne, Grandmother of ‘tweenie’
Standing Strong is a brilliant programme now available on the Sunshine Coast. Carole presents it perfectly. She combines knowledge, experience, passion and understanding with a generous sprinkle of humour thrown in.
As a grandmother of a ‘tweenie’ I am delighted that my grand-daughter has been able to participate in the Standing Strong programme. Living in Far North Queensland prevents her attending live sessions. However at the beginning of covid19, Carole offered a ZOOM programme!!Some fun and games during school shut-down was a bonus and my grandyre-enrolled for a 2nd round!!
I was visiting (from the Sunshine Coast) when the break up party was in progress.Carole welcomed me to the fray, I learnt a new dance move and was blown away to hear my daughter’s response to the question: “What are you grateful for today?”
Her response “My grandmother being here”.
