One-to-One Mentoring

Would your family benefit from a more personalised one-to-one approach?
Standing Strong one-to-one mentoring sessions are an excellent way for your child/teen and I to connect on a more individual basis. These mentoring sessions are empowering, solutions focused, uplifting and designed to help your child find the answers to the challenges they may be facing.
I offer an holistic approach and sessions are tailored to your child’s needs. They can include
a walk and talk, movement with indoor/outdoor exercises from yoga and stretches to cardio and boxing via supporting a rehab program if needed, participation to the community via attendance to local events or workshops, education on nutrition and overall wellbeing, mindset and mindfulness activities etc..
NDIS funding accepted.
